This signal booster has RP-SMA(male) and RP-SMA(female) connectors: The RP-SMA(male) fits any RP-SMA(female) connector on a wireless device (see connector compatibility section below) or adapter from another antenna jack type (see table of adapters below). The RP-SMA(male) end has a right angle.

This new-in-box package includes a 5dBi dipole ("rubber duck" style) antenna. It can be replaced by more powerful antenna with an RP-SMA(male) connector.

This item is intended to boost the signal of "routers" / wireless access points and bridges - not for clients: i.e., not intended for use with USB wireless adapters or wireless cards:  Using with a high-power wireless USB adapter will not help the performance and may ruin not only the signal amplifier but also the wireless USB adapter.
