900 MHz Dipole Omni Directional w/ SMA or RP-SMA

Compatibility with wireless standards & applications: This omni directional antenna's range of frequency band compatibility in the 860 MHz to 960 MHz frequency band range, its low broadband VSWR, and impedance matching to 50 Ohm gear, makes it suitable and compliant for all the following applications:

GSM Antenna (Global System for Mobile Communication): Omni-Directional dipole antenna for the 860-960MHz band.

  • This band is used for GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication): 860-960MHz cellular phone band.
  • Connector options: SMA & RP-SMA
  • Articulating right-angle means that the right-angle is bendable and can be in a straight position, or right-angle position. The straight version stands up to weather longer than the right-angle antenna.

    No that good for 915MHz

Posted by george on 22nd Feb 2019

I purchased 4 of these. They are 'ok', but the resonance center is closer to 868MHz. It is clear that they are not that wide band and SWR is nice at 868MHz band, NOT so good at 915MHz and worse yet at 920,925 etc.

For the price I can't complain, but my search for a decent 5dBi omni that is centered on US 915MHz Lora band continues.

Finally, it would have been NICE if there was a frequency sweep with an antenna analyzer on the tech page/sales page for this product.

The ordering process/shipping/updates was top notch, so I'd be happy to purchase from here again, just a pity that the antenna is sub-optimal for my use.

Worked as excellent external Z-Wave antenna

Added this antenna to the magnetic base and a U.FL pigtail. Connected to a Z-wave interface (ISY-994i) and no more data connection problems.
