Technical consulting & assistance with more complex Technical Support matters:
$25 minimum charge: Covers the first half-hour
$25 / hour thereafter
The hourly rate is applied for time spent by our Technician on the following:
Communicating with the customer about the problem by telephone, email or ticket
Researching solutions to advanced issues or complex network setup situations
Diagramming solutions, when a diagram is needed
These rates assume that services are rendered by telephone, ticket, or email
"Billable" tech support applies in the following situations:
Network-setup and/or network settings configuration
Complicated situations involving "Technical Consulting" as opposed to routine product support & selection questions
Advanced equipment selection matters & "how to" advice in challenging WiFi situations:
Very long-distance WiFi links
Complicated networks
Equipment needed to reach an Access Point obscured by buildings or trees
Ubiquiti equipment setup & configuration
Security advice and security settings configuration
